Guidelines:

Step 1: Download the abstract template and follow the instructions.
Step 2: Sign up or log in for the submission.
Step 3: Abstracts must allocated to a specific Symposium, Topic and Sub-Topic. For a complete listing of Symposium, Topics and Sub-Topics, please click here
Step 4. Preview & Submit: Please proofread your submission prior to submitting

Length of Abstract: 3000 characters including all spaces
Page Size: 8.5″ x 11″, with a 1″ margin all around.
Font: Title (14, Times New Roman BOLD), Author name (12, Times New Roman), Affiliation (10, Times New Roman Italic), Body (12, Times New Roman) line spacing 1 and all paragraphs should be justified throughout the abstract.

Graphs and images:  It is important to note that each image included in the abstract is worth 100 words. A maximum of 2 images can be included per abstract.
Abstract Publication: All registered abstracts for presentation will publish on the conference website prior to the conference.
You may submit more than one abstract. However, presenters that are accepted for oral presentation will permitted to give only one oral presentation.
